Admission

Incoming Grade 7 and Grade 11 Students and Transferees shall submit the following:

1. Report Card (Form 138)

2. Photocopy of Live Birth Certificate (NSO authenticated). Those who cannot secure will be given one week grace period after the enrollment.

3. Baptismal Certificate for Catholics and its equivalent for Non-Catholics.

4. Good Moral Certificate

5. Certificate of completion from the school last attended.

6. Medical Certificate

7. ACR or study permit for Foreign Students

(Note : All required documents shall be submitted on the first day of classes to the Registrar/Adviser)

1. Incoming students shall take the entrance/placement examination required by the school.

2. All transferees shall not be admitted except for reasons of war, security, calamities and change of residence as supported by documents, and for some other reasons based upon the discretion of the school.

3. Incoming students and transferees shall undergo intake interview by the Guidance Personnel.
