Terms of Service

These are my terms and conditions for contactable artwork.  I reserve the right to make adjustments to my accepted items based on personal preference and artistic intent.

Available

• Anthropomorphic work (my specialty)

• Human Artwork

• Conceptual design (vehicular, environmental, creature, character)

• Mecha, Armor, Robotics

• NSFW (specific material needs to be made in an inquiry and I reserve the right to not publicly upload the resultant works.)

Unavailable/Refused

• Racist, offensive, illicit, controversial material.  I reserve the right to decide.

• Offers from individuals with problematic behaviors

• Specific NSFW material (ask in inquiry)

Fine Print

1. I have the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason prior to me starting work on a commission and a full refund will be issued if I cancel a commission before starting.

2. I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.

3. If I contact you upon starting your commission to accept payment and you fail to respond with payment within 2 weeks of the payment request, you forfeit your commission slot.

4. Commissions must be paid up front in full before work will begin.  However I will only ask for payment upon actually starting the commission, not upon granting you a spot.

5. If you need to cancel a commission at any time, please let me know as soon as you need to cancel.

6. If you cancel your commission after a substantial amount of work has been completed after receiving payment,  you will only be given a refund proportionate to the amount of work not completed.  All art files will be given to the commissioner upon cancellation when relevant.

7. Chargebacks of any type will result in a permanent ban from all future commissions.

8. I operate best with constant communication, however do not bombard me every day with update requests.  You as a commissioner are at least entitled to a weekly update upon me starting your commission.  Excessive update requests can result in a cancellation per my cancellation rules.

9. Abusive behavior to me will result in immediate cancellation of your commission.

How To Order!

Slots are NOT chosen on a first come first serve basis to allow for equal opportunities for inquiries from both twitter and other social media outlets.  

If you are interested in a commission you can request a slot in a few ways:

Note me on deviantart, FA, bsky, you name it with your commission type, requirements, characters, etc.  Go into detail so I know what to look for.

Please provide the following info with an email subject of [Dansyron Commission Request]

1.) username

2.) best contact information

3.) the commission desired

4.) proper references!  Good references make my job easier.  Be sure to also include your character's name if relevant and a good descriptor of them.

5.) commission details: This may include any supporting reference images, thumbnail sketches, examples, etc.

6.) any deadline requirements.

To prevent and help filter out AI orders, it's important that you also verify yourself as an authentic person as I refuse to do any and all work with individuals involved with GenerativeAI to any capacity.  You can do this in your inquiry by ending the email with "I am a real human". Doing so will immediately verify your intentions.
