1st Revision to Election Laws, pertaining to running as a candidate

The Government of the Republic of Dänsétòuésän has decided upon and carried out a major revision to election laws, before the upcoming 2025 General Elections held on 8th July. This revision to the law has changed a few aspects for running as a candidate, in areas such as candidate positions and deciding of electoral results.
A change to various positions candidates can run for
Prime Minister:
A contender from each party is to be chosen by the chief of each party
Vice-Prime Minister:
A contender from each party is to be chosen by the chief of each party
President:
A contender may volunteer to contend for the role
If there are many volunteer-contenders from a party, the party has to vote amongst its members about who they send out to contend for the presidential seat
The party-chosen candidate for the presidency may choose a party member as the candidate for the Vice-Presidential seat to contend alongside him
Vice-President:
Voting for position abolished, see under "President"
Parliament:
The prime minister and vice-prime minister may run alongside their team/party in the parliamentary elections, the party excluding the PM and VPM being non-contenders in the above positions
The president and vice-president may not and is forbidden from running for the parliamentary elections
Seats in parliament is decided by the percentage of votes won by a party
Percentage of Votes won = Percentage of Parliamentary seats upon the current 100 seats
NCMP:
The NCMP seat, consisting one extra seat in parliament, set aside from the 100 current seats, is reserved to the party who is first runner-up to the party with the majority of seats in Parliament (Being > 50%), the party may then choose a member for the NCMP seat
This reform and act has been passed on the 12th day of May, 2025 at 1808hrs, with approval from both the president and the prime minister
Redesign and Overhaul to flag of the Republic of Dänsétòuésän

The Government of the Republic of Dänsétòuésän has announced and decided upon the redesign of the national flag of the Republic of Dänsétòuésän
A change to the design and format of the flag
An official act has been passed with approval of the president and prime minister on the 10th of May, 2025 at 2359hrs
This act pertains to the redesign of the national flag of the Republic of Dänsétòuésän, the elements of the flag were kept the same, but the design and layout of the various elements were changed
