Design Challenges:
- Provide a customer service portal for Kronos customers that allows them to manage their software purchases
- Present a “customer-centric” view that allows individual customers to see which products they own, and the related manuals, data sheets, training and downloads
- Track which products customers own, and offer them appropriate cross-marketing and related services
