ABOUT ME


Hello, I'm Danna a degree holder of Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management specializing in Hotel Administration in Cruise Line Operations. I studied at Our Lady of Fatima University Antipolo Campus. I chose this program because ever since I was a kid, I used to watch my grandmother cook in our house and that’s when I knew that I want to take up Hospitality Management.

Also, when I was a kid, I used to travel a lot so that made an impact too. I think the skill that really screams “ME” is customer service skills because I like to communicate and help other people or customers. I already am practicing it by communicating with my buyers and potential customers in my online business but unfortunately, I have to stop it because the pandemic is affecting it by not having a lot of customers.

I like the idea of helping people out because it makes me feel good. I like learning new things either about a job, skills, or just something that I can use in my life. My ultimate goal in life is to be successful and just be contented in my life. I am a really fun and approachable person, that’s why sometimes if I meet with a friend or I’m at school and I am not talking or not smiling then people around me will ask me if I am okay because they are not used to me being quiet.


ACHIEVEMENTS

So far, my biggest achievement is, first that I established my online business named GRIDGAMEPH. I can say that it is an achievement because at my age, I reached one of my goals in life and there are a lot of online businesses and I can say that I have loyal customers locally and internationally. Another achievement is that I am able to help my family by giving them the support that they need whether it's financial, or emotional. I also consider my journey in the NFT and crypto world as an achievement because not all people know that stuff and crypto really helped us during the pre-pandemic.
