For every 5 bad ideas, one will be good. While not every zany lesson or idea I had in the classroom went to plan, the good ideas stuck around and improved my class in the long run.

As a coach and captain, I believe that no idea is inherently a bad idea. Spit-balling out of the box ideas has led to strong results after those ideas can be cooperatively refined. I look forward to bringing that philosophy with me throughout my professional career
