Transnal is a transport company for users that need private vehicules, minibuses and buses for their events. It focuses on special services such as school transport, business transport and tourism.
Goals
Showcase the company's services without taking too much of the user's time.
Give a little taste of what Trasnal can do for their users.
Show their alliances and previous jobs.
Let users know they are in good hands and how trustworthy they are for the services needed.
Customers
Trasnal customers are often people that travel in groups due to personal events such as clubs, parties or trips with large numbers of people and want to be able to go to and from places easily, so it doesn't become a problem for them later and have vehicles ready from the events in an organized and timely manner.
Homepage
The purpose of this page was to be a single page layout so users could:
Learn about the company.
Read about their services.
Learn about their old work portfolios.
Have access to their guarantees and covertures.
Have a contact form for mail, phone, social media and office.
All from this one page that was made to be desktop and mobile friendly.
What did I do?
In this project I was involved in the development of the homepage since it was going to be a one site page. I was also involved in the users interviews for what they needed, what they wanted and how to showcase their services and also in their social media posts design.
How?
Through working sessions and feedback sessions with the clients and my boss at the time we arrived at what could be, what needed to be and what we could change or cut from the design, since the main purpose was to have a minimalistic and clean page since some of the users aren't tech-savvy and want/needed a more easy to understand page that could help them contact Trasnal.
Social media
I was also involved in the creation of social media posts, in this section I was tasked with coming up with a distinction between the more colorful and playful tourism section and the more detailed and less energetic business focused part at the request of the business owner, since they wanted to portray both of these sides of the company in their social media.
