Legaltech is a law-tech business that focuses on settling debts, reductions and payments to the ICETEX mostly centered on young students and people that studied under the ICETEX programs for more affordable or later payment methods for university from the confort of their cellphone and be more easily accessible through online methods. They also are expanding their services for fines and other legal situations.
Goals
Showcase the company's services and let them know what can Legaltech do that they couldn't otherwise.
Show the users the minimum requirements for the most usual inquiries.
Let the users know about their advice sessions to see if their case applies for their services.
Share their contact information and different communication channels.
Customers
Legaltech customers are university students or recent graduates that need the professional help to see how their payment situation with the ICETEX is, how much they owe, how much does the ICETEX owe them, and research about their terms and conditions to see if they can get reductions based on their plans.
Website
The purpose of this project was to be an easy-to-understand mobile focused website so users can:
Learn about the company.
Read about their services, requirements and ask questions.
Have a contact form for mail, phone, social media and office.
Have an easy-to-understand style and be more modern compared to other lawyer businesses.
All from the selected sections that would be needed for the domain.
What did I do?
In this project I was involved in the development of the pages from the design choices to the UI interface from low fidelity wireframes up to high fidelity, I was also tasked of following certain guidelines for the page, but otherwise I was free to design and make proposals. These guidelines were:
Be more centered around a younger audience.
Make use of a graphic style without being limited to just vectors.
Use certain colors and font-type.
How?
Through the use of benchmarking and seeing other proposals in the market, I was able to come up with ideas that made use of the best parts of these other market options and was able to portray the more energetic and youthful image Legaltech wanted to portray.

The purpose of this section was to allow the users to quickly access the services that Legaltech is able to provide and also give them the following information:
What is the service in question.
Prerequisites in the form of documentation, photos, etc.
More in depth advice sessions.
Appointments
The purpose of this section was to allow the users to quickly write to Legaltech's team and solve their inquiries, and also to contact the team through sharing the following info:
Full name.
Type of identification.
Identification number or code.
Email.
Phone number.
Reason for the message.
Service details
The purpose of this section allows the users to see in more detail the service they are choosing.
The page updates and changes based on the service selected, so it could allow the user to:
See the requirements.
See the situations in which the service may apply.
Know what Legaltech can do to help them.
