I am a public health professional with more than 7 years of experience in infectious disease epidemiology, microbiology, and outbreak response in civilian and military organizations. 

My unique blend of work experience in laboratory science, private industry, government public health, and the United States Army has built my skills in microbial genomics, disease investigation, outbreak response, and public health leadership. 

I maintain professional credentials in infection prevention, environmental health, public health, and food safety. I have authored and co-authored research papers on techniques in genomic epidemiology that form the tip of the spear of 21st-century pathogen surveillance.
