Teruo is The Ultimate Water Polo Player. He succeeds at many other sports but Water Polo is where he won gold. Every other sport he plays besides Water Polo he is 2nd place. With his parents strict ways 2nd place isn't good enough. Despite his parents Teruo is very up beat, positive, and always looking up.

Teruo was created after a Xbozbo wanted a sporty character in the Killing Game. His color scheme of pink was decided on the spot. He was always intended to have tan skin. His first name means gleam. His last name means night rain. Teruo was chosen ninth to participate in the killing game.
