Toki is The Ultimate Graffiti Artist. She is known to be a rebel and finds the art of graffiti amazing. Though her interest in graffiti started due to being a rebellious kid, this is one of the only things she takes to heart. Her talent does bring legal issues but no matter how many times she gets caught, she won't stop doing what she loves. Nobody who has seen whats under her mask has met good fate.

Toki's Origin:

Toki was planned to participate in the killing game way before she was even made. Her appearance was planned spot on to how she looks, pretty much nothing was missing. Originally she just had a mask to wear for graffiti, but now it holds a secret. Her first name means “Full of hope, Time of Opportunity”. Fun Fact: Her first name is also the name of a "run and gun" arcade game known in Japan as JuJu Densetsu. (This was not on purpose.) Her last name means South. Toki was chosen Thirteenth to participate in the killing game.
