• Ensuring the above policies are regularly reviewed/fit for purpose & comply with current legislation 

Treasurer

Cathy Bruce 

• Maintaining and having responsibility for the DCMO bank account, including all transactions.

• Responsibility for the Gift Aid Process

• Producing the accounting records for the Charity

• Reporting on financial information at the committee meetings

• Responsibility for the following policies:

  • Expenses

  • Financial Management

• Ensuring the above policies are regularly reviewed/fit for purpose & comply with current legislation 

Events & Fundraising

Helen England (Deputy Chair of Trustees)

Yvonne Lyons

• Main lead trustees for:

  • Planned events including:

  • Planning

  • Booking  venues/Artists etc

  • Organising Donations / Sponsorship/ Prizes

  • Investigating funding opportunities

  • Responsibility for the following policies:

    • Equal Opportunities

    • Bullying & Harrassment

    • GDPR incl. Photo addition to GDPR

    • Code of Behaviour

• Ensuring the above policies are regularly reviewed/fit for purpose & comply with current legislation 

Meadow Maintenance

Adam Swann 

• Rotas & Communication with volunteers 

• Training of volunteers

• Planning events for general upkeep

• Maintenance/supply of tools/equipment

• Responsibility for the following policies:

  • Volunteer Policy, including training templates

• Ensuring the above policy is regularly reviewed/fit for purpose & complies with current legislation
