This Thursday, November 23, 2023, the board of directors of the company Dandjin Dredging Depth & Construction (L.T.D) met at the Lagune Beach hotel in Kéta to present the lagoon sand dredging project.

The people present :

- Board of Directors of DDDC LTD

- Guests: Crowned heads (kings), entrepreneurs, real estate developers, hotel developers, constructions companies representatives, Assemblies Man, etc. (A signature list was completed by everyone present at this session)

The Session was chaired by Mr. ASHIAGBOR Jules Kossi, Founding President of the Dandjin Dredging Depth & Construction Company (L.T.D).

The agenda was:

- Installation of guests;

- Presentation of the Dredging Project;

- Brief overview of the company's activities;

- Question session & debates;

The session began with an opening prayer then a short speech presented by TORGBI JAMES OCLOO V, Dufia of Keta.

After this phase, Mr. Albert SOSU began the session with a masterful introduction, which gave a foretaste of the facets of the project from which the city of KETA will benefit in a few days.

After this brief introduction, Mr. Joël DEGUE, Communications Director of DDDC LTD, initiated the presentation with a detailed projected document. The presentation included details of the dredging project, its advantages and disadvantages. The company's services were exhibited, highlighting the supply of high-quality lagoon sand and the sale of plots for reclamation to create a world-class commercial, residential and entertainment center. Some successful dredging projects have been shared, with the case of Eko Atlantique in Nigeria.

After the brilliant presentation the guests asked questions. During the explanation and clarification debate, participants had to ask questions to which concise answers were provided. In return, suggestions were made for the improvement and advancement of the project.

The agenda being exhausted, the session was adjourned at 4 p.m.
