Say Yes to Dancing

"Say Yes to dancing"  is a 4 week series filled with creativity and fun, with everyone playing a role to create collaborative choreography!⠀⠀⠀

This series is for you if :

1. you are a hidden dancer and have been dreaming about yourself in a dance class

2.  you want dance back in your life and you are not sure which class to take

3. you want to uncover your creativity and be in supportive  and playful space

What to expect:  

We will begin with a warm-up (open level).

I will guide an improvisation session to explore and find your own creativity.

This will be followed by a collaborative process to create choreography and learn a dance together.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

We promote an inclusive environment , there is freedom for everyone to be who they are.

All bodies, ages, styles and levels of experience are welcome. 

Teaching language: English/Italian
