Floor Barre, a training for dancers and non-dancers, could be for you if:
You’ve been feeling stiff and inflexible, and are spending way too much time sitting at your desk
You want to feel like a dancer - even if you’re not actively taking classes
You want to feel strong, energized, and confident in your day to day - and maybe even feel taller!
What to expect:
Class will be on the floor for the entire hour. We’ll start with a lengthening section, then strengthening, and finally stretching, all while enjoying uplifting music.
The exercises you’ll be led through are a combination of modern, ballet and strength training to enhance your flexibility, stamina and core stability.
We promote an inclusive environment that encourages participants to engage in the exercizes at their comfort level. Modifications will be suggested for those who are just starting out.
All bodies, ages and levels of experience are welcome.
