This feedback session was designed for Senior Capstone, a process where dance majors, more specifically the seniors, lead a collaborative process in culminating everything that they have learned in their years in SDSU's Dance Program.

This process as well as the feedback session was created by Lev Savittieri and facilitated by Jess Humphrey, a full time faculty in the dance program and in collaboration with the other seniors, Julz Fernandez, Mariah Polster, and Robbie Taylor.

This feedback session is inspired by the documentary A Film About Feedback from the DasArts in the Netherlands in 2013. The documentary incorporates ideas from the philosopher Karim Benammar in its description of different feedback methods in a professional setting, including what feedback is and how it differs from judgment, advice, critique, suggestion, etc.
