Friday            12:00 -  2:30pm check in 

2:30 - 3:45 pm class, recruiter set up continues

6:30 pm House opens,

7:00 - 7:45pm guest artist concert/opening ceremony 

8:00 - 9:30 pm reception (music, beverages, light food, dancing, socializing)

Saturday (students will be able to engage in 4  classes if not in the audition or tech rehearsal, 3 if in audition and not in tech)

8:30 - 9:30 audition warm up 9:00-10:15 class rotation for students not auditioning

9:30 - 11:45 audition 10:30-11:45 class rotation for students not auditioning

12:30 teachers/directors involved in Sat concert meet w/ tech director in the theater, tech for evening concert begins at 1:00pm

11:45 - 1:00pm lunch and visit recruiters

1:00 - 2:15 class rotation

2:30 - 3:45 class rotation

4:00 - 5:15 class rotation

7:30pm concert (House opens at 7pm, $5 tickets for family members)

Sunday (students will be able to engage in 4 classes if not in a tech rehearsal)

9:00 - 10:15 class rotation

12:30  teachers/directors involved in Sunday concert meet w/ tech director in theater, tech begins at 1:00pm

10:30 - 11:45 class rotation

11:45 - 1:00 lunch and meet with recruiters

1:00 - 2:15 class rotation

2:30 - 3:45 class rotation

4:00 - 5:15 class rotation

7:30pm concert  (House opens at 7pm, $5 tickets for family members)

Monday

9:00 - 10:15 class 

10:30-11:20 closing ceremony, Outstanding Student Choreography Award announced

• recruiters available at tables on second floor, note availability varies with audition and teaching schedules

• all events noted are on campus, within one building (check SCHED for classroom locations)
