How To Register

Registration Update :  For all Liability Forms, please scan and email to Jackie.Sacks@vansd.org or mail to VSAA 3101 Main Street Vancouver WA 98663 c/o Jackie Sacks 

- High School Registration Form Please complete the Google Form along with making payment to complete registration (see Fees tab which includes an online payment link)  Up to 30 students welcome!

- Individual Student Registration Please complete the Google Form along w/ the Liability form below and make payment.  You may scan and email or send via USPS (see Fees tab)

- Adjudication Submission Form Please complete the Google Form along with fee payment by December 11, 2025 for all submissions for the adjudicated concerts. Fee payment link here

- Volunteer Teaching Form We are so appreciative for those interested in teaching at the festival, high school teachers, recruiters, and guest artists.

- Recruiter Registration Form Please complete the Google Form along with making payment and fill out the liability form that will be emailed to you to complete registration (see Fees tab or click here to make payment)

- Liability Waiver For All Festival Participants  (will be emailed once registration is received)

• There will be no refunds after January 5, 2026.
