Negative Exponents

When the exponent is negative then the number becomes a fraction with the number in the denominator with a positive exponent. (like a keep,change, flip situation) 

Examples:                                                        Structure:

3-2 = 1/32 = 1/9                                                    b-n = 1/bn

⅕-2= 52/1 = 25
