Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, orders typically arrive within approximately 2 weeks from the date of purchase within the U.S.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and seasonal demand. Delays may occasionally occur during peak seasons or holidays.

Friendly reminder: Please place your Christmas orders by December 6th to ensure timely delivery. Orders submitted after this date may not arrive before the holiday. 

Shipping Area:
We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii at this time.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Return shipping costs due to address errors are non-refundable.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.

Lost or Delivered Packages:
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit or marked as “Delivered” by the courier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.
