DAME BOHEME Return Policy:

Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status). After this period, returns may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return: Email us at orders@dameboheme.com within 7 days of delivery. 

Return Conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging with the SKU label intact. Items must be mailed back within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at orders@dameboheme.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or personalized products

• Final sale items, gift cards 

• Made-to-order pieces/Print‑on‑Demand Etsy products

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item received is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Proof of Return: Please keep your tracking information until your refund is completed.

Chargeback Policy: Chargebacks are not permitted once an order is confirmed.
