Self Reflection poster 

This flyer was initially shared in February 2020. The subsequent images illustrate its progression over the span of 21 months.

My intention with the poster was to convey a universal message that applies to everyone. It serves as a reminder that we have some control over our lives, particularly in how we react and act. While certain situations can be challenging, this message is relevant for everyday life. 

After putting up the poster, I received a variety of supportive messages from passersby. 

Despite not being the most zen and put-together person, I aspire to improve alongside you.
