Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, painting, and light carpentry

• Perform routine inspections and report issues to supervisor

• Help with grounds keeping duties such as mowing, trimming, and snow removal

• Replace light fixtures, filters, and other small components as needed

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order

• Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or in various weather conditions

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
