DAGOLAB members also have access to a state-of-the-art High-Performance Computing Cluster (HPCC), consisting of a dedicated master node for cluster management and resource orchestration, two login nodes for secure user access and job submission, 12 CPU compute nodes providing more than 1,500 processing cores, each equipped with 1 TB of RAM, and two GPU-accelerated compute nodes featuring a total of 8 NVIDIA H200 GPUs (4 GPUs per node). The cluster is further supported by over 1 PB of high-performance storage, enabling the efficient management and analysis of large-scale datasets. This advanced computational infrastructure supports data-intensive bioinformatics, genomics, artificial intelligence, and multi-omics research conducted within the Department of Agricultural Sciences.
