DAGOLAB members also have access to a state-of-the-art High-Performance Computing Cluster (HPCC) equipped with 4 NVIDIA H200 GPUs, 12 compute nodes with over 1,000 CPU cores, and more than 1 PB of storage. This advanced infrastructure supports large-scale bioinformatics, genomics, and multi-omics analyses conducted at the Department of Agricultural Sciences.
