I graduated in Plant, Environmental, and Food Biotechnologies from the University of Naples Federico II. Currently, I am a research fellow involved in the KASTRACK project, where I focus on the traceability of chestnut cultivars using KASP technology for genetic fingerprinting. My research primarily involves designing and implementing a database to catalog the genetic fingerprints of various chestnut cultivars.
Amalia Chiariello (Master student)
I am a biotechnology student at the University of Naples Federico II.
For my thesis I am working on the genetic diversity analysis of an olive germplasm collection.
Marco Porcelli (Master student)
I am a biotechnology student at the University of Naples Federico II.
I have completed my bachelor's degree in "Agricultural, Forestry and Environmental Sciences" at the University of Naples Federico II.
My master's thesis project entitled "Selection of potato genotypes tolerant to stress and with better qualitative characteristics" is carried out at the Institute of Biosciences and Bioresources of the Italian National Research Council under the supervision of Dr. Nunzia Scotti. The main goal of this work is the genotypic and phenotypic evaluation of different potato accessions subjected to abiotic stress.
