All conference participants are welcome to submit a poster presentation. All submissions will be reviewed by the organizing committee. Do not register until you hear back from the committee! Poster submission closes March 31, 2024.
In accordance with the DAE mission to support young researchers, accepted poster submissions from students and junior faculty will earn a registration waiver. Poster presenters will also be considered for travel support.

If requesting funding support, then you will also need: a short statement of interest in DAE, a CV/resume, and for STUDENTS ONLY a brief reference letter from your advisor/mentor (on letterhead) confirming your student status and role in the research (may be separately emailed by the advisor to the organizers if preferred).
