What do I actually buy?
One job. Either research plus a short email sequence for a named lead, or 12 review-reply drafts plus 6 reusable templates for one public listing. You approve every line. You send the emails from your inbox. You paste the review replies yourself.
How does this help if I am a real estate agent or broker?
You send the five items listed under NAMED LEAD JOB. I send back what I could see in public, plus three short drafts. You send them. If they reply, I draft your next line. If they go quiet, it stops. The file is the product. It is not a promise they will list with you.
How does this help with Google or Yelp reviews?
You send the public listing. I pull reviews that still have no owner reply. I write a short reply for each one from what the reviewer wrote. You paste the ones you like. I never log in.
Can I see an example?
Yes. Email pro.leads@outlook.com and say which job. I will send a worked sample of the file, labeled as a sample, not a client story.
NAMED LEAD JOB
Who is this for?
A broker, team lead, or agent who already has names sitting quiet and does not want another CRM or a phone script.
What I need for a named lead:
Their name
Their public site or profile
The email to write to
Your name and company
First contact, or you already know them
No phone. No logins.
Do you call them?
No. Email only. I do not collect or store phone numbers.
How many emails are in the sequence?
Three, unless you ask for fewer. First note, one follow-up, one last note. No fourth invented.
What if they already know me?
Say so. The drafts change. I will not write as if you are a stranger if you are not.
What if I do not have a name yet?
Then this job is not ready. I do not sell a list of strangers.
REVIEW PACK
Which sites?
Google and Yelp listings that are public. I work from what is on the page.
What do you need for a review pack?
The public Google or Yelp listing URL, and which reviews you want answered. I draft. You paste. I never log into Google or Yelp.
Do you post the replies?
No. You post. I never log into Google or Yelp.
What if Google holds or rejects a reply?
Google checks owner replies before they post. I cannot see that status. After you paste, you check your own listing.
Do you reply to every review?
I draft the 12 most recent that still have no owner reply, and I add 6 templates you keep for later. You choose which to post.
Will this raise my star rating?
I do not know. I do not sell ratings. A specific reply on an unanswered review is the job.
Can you ask people to change a bad review?
No. I will not write a reply that begs for an edit or offers a reward. That breaks Google's rules.
What about a star rating with no words?
The draft stays short and general. I will not invent a visit that is not in the review.
MONEY AND TIME
What does it cost?
$297 once per job. PayPal invoice after we agree in writing. Work starts after the invoice is paid.
Is it a monthly fee?
No. If you want another name or another listing later, that is a new job.
How fast?
I send drafts by email after the invoice is paid. I do not quote a same-day promise.
What if I do not like a draft?
Say which line. I revise that job. I do not keep billing you to argue.
Refunds?
If work has not started, the invoice can be cancelled. After drafts go out, that job is delivered.
Can I buy both jobs at once?
Yes. Two invoices. Two deliverables.
LIMITS
Do you have case studies?
No paid clients yet. What I can show you is the shape of the work.
Do you use my accounts?
No.
Do you store my leads in a CRM I cannot see?
No. The pack comes back to you by email.
What law covers this?
