DADDY D LEADS - SERVICE AGREEMENT
These are the terms for work bought from Daddy D Leads. Plain English on purpose. Paying the invoice means you agree to them.
WHO THIS IS BETWEEN
Derek Derringer, doing business as Daddy D Leads.
1018 Honor Drive, Lebanon, IN 46052, United States.

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Daddy D Leads. "You" means the person or business who pays the invoice.
A free sample of 2 draft replies is not a job and creates no agreement.
WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
One package, named on your PayPal invoice. Nothing else is included.
A. Prospect follow-up. $297, one time.
You give us one name: a lead, a past client, or a referral source. We research that person using public sources, check the facts we use, and write a short email sequence in your voice, usually three drafts. We email the drafts to you. If someone replies to you, we draft a response for you to look at. At the end we email you a short written review of what came back.
B. Owner-reply drafting. $297, one time, for one location.
You send us your reviews, or a link to your public Google or Yelp listing. We write one draft reply per review, in your voice, each answering what that reviewer actually said. We email you the pack, every draft next to the review it answers. The pack is 12 draft replies to the 12 most recent reviews at that address that have no owner reply, plus 6 templates you keep: three for 5 stars, one for 4 stars, one for 3 stars, one for 1 star or 2 stars. If a new bad review appears inside 7 days of delivery, we rewrite one reply for it. There are no extra-reply charges. A second location is a second $297.
Buying both is two invoices at $297 each.
WHAT YOU ARE NOT BUYING
We do not send email from your account, or from any account of yours.
We do not post anything on Google, Yelp, or any other platform.
We do not log into your accounts, and we will never ask you for a password.
We do not call, text, or message anyone on your behalf.
No CRM, no IDX feed, no website form and no dialer is set up or connected.
We do not promise that anyone will reply, hire you, or buy from you.
We do not give legal, tax, or real estate brokerage advice. We are not a law firm, not a tax adviser, and not a licensed broker.
YOUR JOB
You approve every draft. Nothing is final until you say so.
You send the emails yourself, from your own inbox. You paste the review replies yourself, on your own listings.
You are responsible for the words that leave your accounts once you have approved and sent or posted them.
You are responsible for the rules that apply to you. That includes Google's and Yelp's policies, CAN-SPAM and any other email law where you operate, and your brokerage's own rules. We write drafts. We cannot enforce your compliance and we do not check it for you.
OUR JOB
Research from public sources only, and drafts written from what we find.
Everything is delivered in writing, by email, from pro.leads@outlook.com.
One round of written changes is included if you ask for it within 7 days of the day we deliver.
PAYMENT
PayPal invoice only.
Never send us a card number, a bank detail, or a password by email. We will not ask for one and we cannot accept one.
Work starts after the invoice is paid, not before.
The price is the amount on that invoice.
DELIVERY
We deliver the drafts by email within 3 to 5 days after your payment clears.
If we miss that window, email us and we refund that invoice in full.
REFUNDS
We refund if we fail to deliver the drafts. That is the refund.
We do not refund because a lead stayed silent, a review stayed up, a prospect said no, or you changed your mind after the drafts were delivered. The work is the research and the writing, and it is done whether or not anyone replies.
CHANGES AFTER DELIVERY
Beyond the one included round of written changes, new work is a new invoice. We will tell you the price in writing before starting it.
LIABILITY
Our responsibility for any job is limited to the amount you paid on that invoice.
We make no promise of income, leads, hires, or sales. Nothing on this site or in these terms is a projection of what you will earn.
THE AGREEMENT
Paying the invoice means you have read this page and agree to it.
We can refuse a job. If we do, we will say so by email before any work starts, and there will be nothing to pay.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Any dispute goes to the courts of Boone County, Indiana.
