District Contest Liaison – Role & Responsibilities
Each District Contest Liaison serves as the primary connection between the District 14 Contest Planning Committee and their assigned Division. Their purpose is to support the Division Director by understanding and responding to the unique needs, resources, and constraints of the clubs within that Division—particularly as they relate to planning, preparing for, and executing speech contests.
