D-DAY NewTab — Calendar Countdown. Publisher: wolf. Effective date: 2026-10-12.
By installing or using the extension you agree to these terms. The extension shows events from your own Google Calendar as a countdown on your new tab page, lets you keep notes on them, and shows a toolbar badge. You may use it for personal or work purposes. It is provided free of charge.
The extension is made by an independent publisher and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google Calendar, Google and Chrome are trademarks of Google LLC.
You sign in with your own Google account and decide which calendars are read. The extension requests read-only access and does not change your calendar. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of Google services is governed by Google’s own terms. You are responsible for your Google account and for the content of your memos, which stay on your device and belong to you.
Do not use the extension in any way that is unlawful, or try to interfere with, reverse engineer for harmful purposes, or overload the extension or the Google services it relies on. Do not copy, resell or redistribute the extension under a different name.
The extension depends on Google services and may stop working, change or be discontinued at any time, for example if Google changes its APIs or sign-in rules. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or support.
The extension is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Dates and counts shown depend on the data returned by Google Calendar and on your device’s clock and time zone; do not rely on the extension as your only reminder for critical deadlines.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or missed events, arising from the use of the extension. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. You can stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it and, if you wish, revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may end or restrict access to the extension if these terms are breached.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
