Psarosoupa in Greek, is a classic recipe. It is really quite simple to make and although it includes a few ingredients, the fish, fresh cod, really is the star.
Along with the fish there is carrot, celery, fennel, pasta and olive oil in the soup. What really takes it to the next level is the addition of lemon juice. This adds a freshness and vibrancy which is lovely.
