We do not use Your health information for advertising, marketing, or the creation of advertising profiles.

We use Firebase Analytics to understand general Application usage and improve the Service.

Analytics information may help Us:

• Analyze general feature engagement;

• Evaluate Application performance;

• Identify opportunities to improve usability and functionality.

We do not intentionally transmit menstrual cycle dates, symptoms, fertility information, or other sensitive health records to Firebase Analytics.

4. ADVERTISING — GOOGLE ADMOB

4.1. Advertising Service

Cycle Day uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display advertisements within the Application.

Advertisements help support the development and maintenance of Cycle Day.

Cycle Day is configured to request non-personalized advertisements.

4.2. Non-Personalized Advertisements

Non-personalized advertisements are not selected based on a user's past behavior or personal advertising profile.

Instead, they may use contextual information, such as:

• General Application context;

• Approximate geographic location;

• Information relevant to the current advertisement request.

Non-personalized advertising does not necessarily mean that no information is collected or processed.

Google AdMob may process certain technical information, including IP addresses, device information, and permitted identifiers, for purposes such as:

• Limiting how frequently advertisements appear;

• Generating aggregated advertising reports;

Cycle Day does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission and does not access your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA).

Where permitted, mobile advertising identifiers or other technologies may be used for these operational purposes, even when advertisements are non-personalized.

4.3. Health Data and Advertising

We do not provide Google AdMob with Your menstrual cycle records, ovulation information, fertility information, symptoms, or other health-related entries.

We do not use this information to select advertisements or create advertising audiences.

The Application's locally stored health information is not intentionally included in advertising requests.

4.4. Advertising Privacy Choices

Depending on Your location and applicable privacy laws, You may be presented with consent options concerning advertising-related data processing.

Where required, the Application will request the appropriate consent before enabling processing that requires such consent.

You may also manage certain advertising privacy preferences through Your Apple Device settings and Google's advertising controls.

5. ANALYTICS — GOOGLE FIREBASE ANALYTICS

5.1. Purpose of Analytics

Cycle Day uses Google Firebase Analytics, an analytics service provided by Google LLC.

Firebase Analytics helps Us understand how the Application is used and identify opportunities to improve its performance, functionality, and user experience.

5.2. Information Processed by Firebase Analytics

Firebase Analytics may automatically collect and process certain information, including:

• Application launches and sessions;

• Session duration and engagement;

• Device model and operating system;

The Application's health tracking data remains stored locally on Your Device.

6. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION

6.1. Local Health Data

Your menstrual cycle and health-related records are stored locally on Your Device.

We do not maintain a cloud database or server-based account system for storing these records.

Your locally stored information remains on Your Device until You delete it, remove the Application, or it is otherwise removed through the Device's data management processes.

If the Application provides a feature to delete locally stored data, You may use that feature to remove the information managed by the Application.

Uninstalling the Application ordinarily removes its locally stored application data from the Device. However, copies may remain in operating system backups or other storage managed by Apple or the User, depending on Device settings.

We do not control Apple's backup retention policies.

6.2. Advertising and Analytics Data

Information processed by Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics may be retained by Google according to the applicable service settings, retention periods, legal obligations, and Google privacy policies.

We do not independently control all retention periods applicable to information processed by Google.

We do not sell Your personal health information.

We do not share Your locally stored menstrual cycle records with advertising networks, analytics providers, or data brokers.

Although We strive to protect user privacy, no electronic storage or data transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Prices may vary depending on Your country, currency, applicable taxes, and App Store pricing.

The actual subscription price and terms are displayed in the Application and confirmed through Apple's purchase interface before payment.

Subscription Terms

• Payment is charged to Your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless automatic renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

• Renewal charges may be processed within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Your Apple Account subscription settings.

• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited when You purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

We do not directly collect or store Your payment card information.
