Access from Haneda Airport to Sendai
For invited speakers arriving on August 4th, upon arriving at the Haneda Airport arrival lobby, you will be greeted by our staff from travel agency (Sagawa Advance [佐川アドバンス株式会社]) holding a sign that says "TOHOKU UNIV." Please keep an eye out for them, as they will be there to assist you.
Our staff will provide you with the following items:
• Tokyo Monorail ticket (one-way) for those arriving at Haneda.
• JR tickets (two one-way tickets or one round-trip ticket - a total of 4 tickets).
• English guide for transferring trains.
Upon arrival at Sendai Station, you can proceed to your respective hotels on your own from there. (It should take 3-5 minutes walk from the station to your hotel.)

The hotel is located right on the east side (not the main west exit) of Sendai Station. Right after you exit the Shinkansen Gate, walk following the map above to get to the hotel. It is hard to miss.

The hotel is located on the west side of Sendai Station, closer to the city centre.
Right after you exit the Shinkansen Gate, exit the Sendai Station.
Keep walking on the 2nd floor (the bridge) and use the escalator shown in the map to get to ground floor.
Walk straight following the arrow above to get to the hotel. It is hard to miss.
