Dr. Cara Whitehead is an instructional leader who actively works with staff, students, and community to ensure a high-quality educational program that promotes the academic, social, and emotional development of all students as they navigate learning in today’s world. Currently, she serves as the Technology Director for Attalla City Schools in Alabama. Her passion lies in preparing all students to be productive citizens in college and career. By equipping educators to incorporate appropriate instructional strategies and digital learning skills into daily lessons, students are more engaged in their learning. Cara regularly trains students, educators, and parents on tips, tricks, and tools to make their work more productive. She has presented to educators in her district, state, and nation. With 20+ years in education, Cara is skilled in integrating technology in the classroom. Cara is available for keynotes, conference presentations, and district- or school-level professional development.
