1.Determine which event format best suits your Branch and agree on an event objectives  and description.

3. Decide on the location, date, budget, content and audience. Use the Event Planning template as a planning guide and the promotional material to market your event. 

4. Register your event

5. Agree on the resources including activities, handouts or posters needed for the event. Download the Resource How to sheet for full explanation of how to set up and use each of the resources.

6. Download and print the resources required from this section of the koala program website. Download the resource access and printing guide.

7. Complete the Running Sheet Template and share to event volunteers at the event. This will ensure that all roles and responsibilities are allocated to assist with event delivery

8. Report on your event.
