His responsibilities included installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing electronics equipment such as laptops, desktop computers, and printers. He trained teaching staff in e-learning, covering basic ICT skills to the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS), and played a key role in setting up and implementing the school's e-learning program. This involved preparing documentation, setting up the LMS, registering learners, managing ongoing classes, and providing technical support to teachers, students, and parents.
