The Canyon Vista Middle School STEM Parent Association (the "CVMS STEM") is a volunteer advisory, advocacy, fundraising and program support parent group for all students who participate in various Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics activities and competitions at Canyon Vista Middle School and its feeder schools.
Through fundraising and many volunteer activities, CVMS STEM members promote awareness of STEM programs and achievements. We work with corporate, organizational, and educational partners to provide opportunities to experience STEM enrichment at the greater Austin community and empower students to assume leadership positions to promote STEM education at public schools.
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
