2026 spring season

Directions to register:

1. Complete the Google Form by clicking on the link above.  Please complete a separate form for each athlete.

2. Payment options: Checks can be made out to Conestoga Valley Girls Youth Lacrosse, or via the PayPal link on the PAYMENTS TAB of this website.

Eligible Athletes: Students in grades K-8 for the 2025/2026 school year

Length of Season: early-mid March through late May

Practices:   Kindergarten-2nd grade: 1evening practice/week, possible play days starting March 9th.

    3rd-4th grade: 2 evening practices/week, starting March 9th.

    5th-6th grade: 3 evening practices/week, starting March 9th.

            7th-8th grade: Monday- 4 after school practices, starting March 9th. 

   Practice days will be announced closer to the season based 

on field availability. Practices will be on the turf/grass fields at Conestoga Valley High School.

Games: Games will be played on Saturday and Sundays, with some additional scrimmages during the week days. Different teams in the area will host play days at their fields. We are hoping to hold a play day at CV this year. Each team will play two games per play day. That schedule will come out closer to the season. 

Equipment Needed: Each player will need a stick, goggles, mouthguard and cleats/turf shoes. Pinnies/jerseys will be given to players for games. 

Teams: Grades K-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8

Cost: The total cost for the spring lacrosse season is:

• $100--Registered and Paid by 12/31/25

• $120--Registered and Paid between 1/1/26-3/9/26

• Sibling discount of $10/ each additional child

This will need to be paid to Conestoga Valley Girls Youth Lacrosse. If you are using paypal, there is a $2.00 convenience fee added to your total. This includes all practices, games & a t-shirt. Checks can be made out to Conestoga Valley Girls Youth Lacrosse and either mailed to 265 Raspberry Road, Leola Pa 17540, or brought to the winter clinics(middle school only).
