Conestoga Valley Girls Youth Lacrosse Association (CVGYLA) started in 2023 with the aim to promote recreational girls youth lacrosse at the school district level.  We came together with a few other youth programs to start a recreational league in Berks and Lancaster counties.

CVGYLA Mission Statement: To allow young athletes to develop an interest and passion in lacrosse while promoting good teamwork, character, and sportsmanship.

CVGYLA Vision Statement: To teach and develop the fundamentals and skills necessary for our athletes to become skilled lacrosse players in high school and beyond.

CVGYLA Goals:

To provide youth the opportunity to participate in lacrosse.

To teach the skills and fundamentals of the sport of lacrosse.

To teach and encourage good character and sportsmanship.

To foster the concept of teamwork.

To provide the opportunity for friendly competition.

To promote physical, social, and mental health.
