Lodging is paid for and booked by CUWiP for Friday and Saturday night (for non-local students). Food will also be covered by the conference.

We expect that your travel expenses will be covered by your home department or college. However, if they are not able to cover these expenses, travel funding is available. To be reimbursed for travel, you must email CUWiP2020@usf.edu before booking any travel arrangements. All plane and train tickets must be approved by the conference before purchase.

Lodging
Lodging
Lodging for the conference will be provided at the Embassy Suites at 3705 Spectrum Blvd. Tampa, FL. The cost of these accommodations are covered by the conference. You will have the option to choose your roommate during the registration process. You will NOT need to share a bed.
Attendees arriving Friday night should go directly to the Embassy Suites.

The conference will be held at the Marshall Student Center at 4103 Cedar Circle, Tampa, FL 33620.
The walk between the hotel and the conference site is about 15 minutes (see map).
Meals
Meals
All meals will be provided by the conference. This includes:
- Dinner on Friday night
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday
- Breakfast and boxed lunches on Sunday
