On Friday you will need to check in at the Welcome Center (drive through station) to receive a parking pass.
Once you have a parking pass you can park in any spot labeled 'General Parking' or 'visitor'. The best locations to park for quick access to the SAU and Gosnell are lots 'D' and 'G' (there may be a few general spots open in the last rows of 'F'). The map above shows the best walking route once you have parked.
You do not have to obtain a parking pass for these days - you are still only permitted to park in 'general' and 'visitor' parking spots.
