our mission. . .

We believe that God, our Heavenly Father - Our Creator - created us in his image.  we believe that through painting, upholstery, sewing & interior design, we create beauty and are pleasing to our Heavenly Father. When we seek to do His will, we are one with our  Father in spirit. AS a result, He is able to work through us, enabling us to accomplish, and create, greater results than we could ever imagine on our own. When we are able to humble ourselves and admit that, on our own, we are nothing, His strength is made known in our weakness. only at this point, are we able to accomplish creative excellence and do what we were designed to do.

We believe that our Heavenly Father is the master of beauty through contrast.  We use his creation, as a model and guide.  Imagine the bold, strokes of color in a sunset; ablaze with shades of flamingo pink, orange and fiery red.  The flowers of the field are clothed in more splendor than King Solomon in all his glory.  Imagine the colors of Blue Azure, Royal Purples, Vibrant Yellows Shades of Orange and even the purest of Snowy White contrasting Scarlet Red.  What vibrancy! Such Variety! We believe.  Our Heavenly Father also used his love of colors and contrasts when creating the human race!

 We believe that every boy, girl, man and woman is created in the image of God. an almighty, omnipotent & omnipresent God who is as deep as the roaring seas, as vast as the stars in the sky with the limitless creativity of one who can form millions of intricate snowflakes, musical melodies, harmonies and sonic scales, elephants, amoebas, the precious, sweet smiles of children who each have 10 little fingerprints, none of which are exactly the same!  We are all charming and unique, wild and whimsical, deep and complex, full of inspiration and style that wells up from deep within our souls.  A style that should be celebrated, accentuated, encouraged and cared for.

Creating beauty from ashes, stitching up a garment of praise from the spirit of despair, painting the oil of gladness from mourning. This is our desire. When I paint and stitch, staple and sew, I am praising my creator. O Lord my God! when I in awesome wonder, consider all, the works thy hand hath made. I see the stars, I hear the mighty thunder, thy power throughout the universe displayed. Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to thee, how great thou art! How great thou art!
