In accordance of reading these rules, terms and conditions, you by right accept them in agreement of what is set for your order. If you at any point during the order - by my discretion not followed them, I am allowed, and will refuse your order. From that point I will cease working with you or any contact I may decide from that point on.
If at any point you break any part of my ToS, I will automatically cancel your commission and refund you. (This also includes if I have started and made a good chunk of progress. If I feel like I am 75 percent done with your custom, you get 25% back)
If you are new to second life or have to find the parts for your custom, it's 10 USD for the list, upfront and non-refundable.
I make Second Life mods for commercial sale. If you commission me for a generic species/breed and I end making a mod of that same species, you are under the agreement that I have the right to. I will not reuse the markings, colors, etc from your custom. Everything is re-made from scratch.
All mods are BoM unless I am making speculars and normals. (Specs and normals are an extra fee)
I will not set up your avatar for you. It is up to YOU to familiarize yourself with the UI of Second Life and how to your avatar's HUD, etc.
Ripping of my custom mod textures is an automatic blacklist from my services and my stores. If there is a seam I miss, please let me know. I am more than happy to fix any mistakes.
Let’s first start off with the rules!
I need to know exactly what you want.
No ref = no mod. I will not wing it or use text a ref. There needs to be visual reference to go off. If you do not have one, I can whip a small design up for a fee! Your mod must be 100% up to date. I will not work with an out of date ref.
I need the exact colors you want me to use. No, use this color from this picture and a color from another one. Use an eyedropper tool in any art programs and get the colors you want and save them. Or go to: http://www.colourlovers.com/
A fee will incur if I have to make X amount of edits to your mod.
Any extended waiting period to finish your mod will result in a fee or cancellation of your order.
After payment has been paid, I will no longer allow any changes to parts or bodies. Whatever list you give me before payment is what I will work with. If you can not decide, I will not take on your commission or refund you.
If you link me to character that is not yours, I will not make the mod.
I will ask for proof if you link me to art of a character that has a visual reference. There is a good chance that I am going to go do an image search.
I do not like the concept of making mods based off of stolen characters. I have had art of my characters taken and used by others to roleplay. I take this very seriously.
Please be patient! I get busy at times. Work and my life gets in the way. I disappear or AFK at random times. Allow up to two to six weeks from the day of payment for mod to be completed. It depends on how busy my life is or what is going on through the week.
Do not message me every five minutes trying to get a response from me. I will get back to you. I don't want to step away from my computer for five minutes to come back to five new messages wondering where I am.
I understand that you are super excited for your custom mod and can't want to wear it around. I may have customers ahead of you, so you need to wait your turn. I sometimes work on more than one custom at a time. Not always, I prefer to make my way down the list if I have one
I will send updates as I work. If you do not hear from me in a day or so, feel free to request for an update!
Please DO NOT message me the moment I log on.
Communication between us must stay on either on Second Life, Twitter, or Discord. I will not longer be communicating through Telegram. I sometimes respond to offline messages via my e-mail, but I prefer to keep my places of contact to these set places.
Do not ever message any of my friends, co-owners, partners, groups, etc. trying to reach me.
I am a professional. Let’s please keep our relationship as work only. I have no intention of e-rping/cuddling/etc. I have no problem chatting!
If I feel that I’m being threatened, attacked, or at personal risk by the work or contact the customer has given me, I will end the order and refund any of the remaining for the work undone up to the percentage of work that is uncompleted.
There will be a fee if you need me to rush a commission for whatever reason. I will charge no more than 15 USD as a rush fee. The quickest turn around time I will do is a day which will be 35 USD. 2 days -20 USD.
I expect full payment of the mod upfront. I will not start on your custom until I have been paid. I accept payment via Paypal. If you must for whatever pay with linden dollars, I will charge more money for the order. If I have started your mod and you cancel at any time, I will keep part of the payment I believe is equivalent to the amount of work I have finished.
In the event that you pay in Linden, you will pay the what I find what is an equivalent of the transfer fee from SL to PP. I do not accept commissions larger than 12 USD in linden dollars. You must pay via paypal. if you do not have a paypal, the full payment plus the linden dollar to actual USD will be added on. I need this all up front. In the case of you cancelling at any time, I will keep the percentage I believe I need plus the transfer fee.
If you wanting your mod on an avatar/parts/bodies that I do not own, I will add the cost of the avatar onto the final price of your mod or ask that you please purchase me the necessary items.
Recolors of my mods start at 13 USD. They will go up if you wish for me to make major changes or add extra markings.
If you at any time in the commission add a new detail that was not discussed when we initially exchange information, it will be a 5 USD fee due at the delivery of your custom. if it's not paid, you will not get your mod
You are hiring me for my time and skills. I cannot sit here and continuously make changes. I please ask that you know 100% percent what you want before I start. If you want me to complete change to the color palette when I am practically done, I will charge for this. Any drastic changes to markings will require a fee.
You must credit me on the FIRST POSTING of your custom if you post the your mod onto tumblr, FA, etc. I deserve credit for the texture work, and you should acknowledge the creators of any parts used. If you have it in your twitter bio, I appreciate that even more!
I do not mesh. I am willing to collaborate with someone if you need a custom mesh. You must pay them, fairly. if you try to cheat them out of the money they deserve. I will not work with you.

I will not texture genitalia such as vaginas and penises. It makes me highly uncomfortable to do it. Please find someone else who is able to do the job and respect my decision.
My mods come PG with no nipples/vaginas. People have their preferences of how they want their bits to look. Especially Bake on Mesh being a thing, there are plenty of options out there. I have no intention of adding this as option as I don't want to feel like I am re-inventing the wheel for the hundredth time. I
If I still have the files for your custom order, I will be more than happy to make a few tweaks to your custom. You are only allowed to get edits from me on my work. Edits to your custom after I have sent it to you, and you are out with the finalized showcase of WIP's will occur a fee.
You are not allowed to give someone permission to rip them. If you are caught doing so, I will blacklist you and block you. You are not allowed to have someone rip and edit my textures.
If you are wanting to make a twin avatar, I have no problem with transferring the textures over to someone else or an alt for an additional fee.
I will not send the textures to someone else other than the customer. Please be aware of this upon ordering, I do not sell full perm textures as an option.
Avatars that are unlisted will be taken on a case by case basis. Feel free to ask if you don't see anything on my list!
