NOTICE: Any form of gradients (depends on base body), characters that have more than 5 colors, or overly rainbow characters in any form is an extra 15 USD

I will not charge for the design and will sell it off. By artistic freedom, you are agreeing that the design comes as is and no new changes will be made.
