Hey everyone, we here at the Custom Magic team have been working hard creating a new, hopefully more stable, personality engine for BRAININAJAR based on our very own Cool Beens. This is our first attempt working with pretty advanced technology, so let us know if there’s any major glitches. As a reminder, last month the challenge was to make a card that you were allowed to fit any number of in your deck, like the Relentless Rats of old. Enjoy!

Hello designers! Another month has passed, which beens it is time for your designs to be reviewed. The three designs I like the most will be presented to you here. Enjoy!
Third Place
Dust Scrawler (Designed by Magmadragon3)
This Elemental Wizard seeks to self-replicate in a pretty interesting way, with a high floor of card advantage backing it up. Interestingly, you’re punished not only for not having enough Dust Scrawlers but also for having too many, creating an interesting dynamic in the deckbuilding process. Dust Scrawler reveals itself to be in third place.
Second Place
Wurmcaller Conclave (Designed by storyfeline)
A Selesnyan sextuplet reminiscent of fan favorite Shadowborn Apostle, this design sacrifices flexibility in favor of raw power, as the color been is known to do. This design is elegant in its simplicity with not too much to be said about it, and wurms its way into a solid second place.
First Place
Introduction to Deckbuilding (Designed by LeetWizard)
This design is ludonarratively pretty funny to me; the implication of “oh, you’re not good enough at deckbuilding to decide what to include” is probably the best excuse you can get for a card that is probably worse than any other card in basically every situation. A great art find for this one as well as commitment to a good bit brings leetwizard to another first place finish.
Now, back to designing. For next month, to celebrate my new, more human personality, design a Human typal payoff.
