Cody Cherry brings a unique combination of military leadership, construction education, and hands-on building experience to Cherry Tree Builds. An Army combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Cody developed his approach to leadership in an environment where preparation, accountability, communication, and attention to detail mattered every day.

After his military service, Cody earned a degree in Construction Technology and brought that same disciplined approach into residential construction. Today, he is directly involved in the building process—from evaluating lots and planning projects to coordinating trades, solving problems in the field, and overseeing the details that bring a home together.

At Cherry Tree Builds, leadership means more than managing a project. It means taking ownership of the work, communicating clearly with clients, and building every home with the expectation that it should be done right—not simply done.
