Note: As you choose courses, they may not have data for the chosen year and/or semester, so you will have to change them. Also, some courses only have data for certain visuals, so some or all visuals will be blank.
Visuals:
Course Title– Shows the course name. The course filter can be used to change the visual.
Professor, Students Enrolled- Shows the professor that is teaching the chosen section and the number of students in the section. The section filter is the main filter to change visuals.
Learning Outcomes- List the learning outcomes for the course. The course filter can be used to change the visual.
Activities- List the activities a course and section have. The course and section filter can be used to change the visual.
Pass Rate- This shows the percentage of students that have passed the course, these are the students that have an A, B, or C in the class. The course and section filter can be used to change the visual.
Fail Rate- This shows the percentage of students that have failed/dropped the course, these are the students that have a D, F, W, I, or WF in the class. The course and section filter can be used to change the visual.
Activity & Learning Outcome Assessment- This shows the learning outcome assessment percentage for each activity. Assessment percentages are the percentage of students that made an A, B, or C on the activity. The course and section filter can be used to change the visual.
Class Grade Distribution- Shows student's final class grade (A through F). The course and section filter can be used to change the visual.
This dashboard lists the learning outcomes for courses.

This dashboard shows class enrollment at the dean’s level. It focuses on departmental and program enrollment.

Visuals:
Department Student Level- Shows the percentage of student levels (Undergrad and Graduate) for a department. The year, semester, and department filters can be used to change the visual.
Average Class Size- This shows the average class size for the program. All filters can be used to change the visual.
Section Type Enrollment- This shows the number of students enrolled in section types (i.e., Online and Face-to-Face). All filters can be used to change the visual.
Face-to-Face and Online Sections- This shows the number of in-person and online sections offered. All filters can be used to change the visual.
Enrollment History by Department- This shows the enrollment history for CCSE departments. None of the filters change this visual due to the data being from 2020 only.
Program Enrollment History- This shows the program enrollment history by academic year and semester. None of the filters change this visual.
This dashboard shows class enrollment at the department level. It focuses on course enrollment.

KPI Cards- This shows the number of students enrolled, the average class size, and the number of in-person and online sections offered. All filters can be used to change the visuals.
Section Type Enrollment- This shows the percentage of students enrolled in section types (i.e., Online and Face-to-Face). All filters can be used to change the visual.
Course Enrollment History- This shows the course enrollment history by academic year and semester. Besides the academic year and semester filter, all other filters can be used to change the visual.
Most Enrolled Courses- Shows the top 6 enrolled courses. The program filter is the main filter to change this visual. The course filter does not affect this visual.
Courses Average Class Size- This shows the average class size for all classes in a program. The program filter is the main filter to change this visual. If no program is selected visual will show all courses in the department. The course filter does not affect the visual.
Program Enrollment- This shows the number of students enrolled in departments’ program/s. The department filter is the main filter to change this visual. The course and program filters do not affect this visual.
This dashboard shows course grades and pass and fail rates for courses in a program.

Program Title- Shows program is chosen. If multiple programs are selected will only show the first selected program. Program filter affects this visual.
Course Grades- This shows the grade distribution for all courses in a program. All filters affect the visual.
Pass Fail Percentage- Shows the Pass%, A%, and Fail% of courses. Pass% is the percentage of students with an A, B, or C. A% is the percentage of students that made an A. Fail% is the percentage of students that made a D, F, W, I, or WF. Courses with a Fail% of 25% and above are colored red. All filters affect the visual.
High Fail Rate Courses- This shows the historical fail rate of courses that had a fail rate of 25% and above in the Pass-Fail Percentage visual. If the course had a fail rate of 25% and above during a semester, then it is flagged. The program filter is the only filter that affects this visual.
This dashboard is like a grade book. It shows the grades by activity.

Note: Some programs and/or courses do not have much data, so some visuals will be blank or will not have any activities to choose from.
Visuals:
Course Title– Shows the course name. The course filter can be used to change the visual.

Activity Threshold Met- This shows the percentage of students that are meeting the activity threshold. Yes, our students make an A, B, or C. The total is double the number of students enrolled due to grades being by learning outcome and not overall. All filters affect the visual.
Student Activity Grade- This shows the grade for each student by activity. The course and section filters can be used to change visuals.
This dashboard shows a breakdown of the faculty workload.
Filters: Academic Year, Semester, Instructor

Visuals:
Professor, Employment, Sections: This column shows the professor’s name, their employment status, and the number of sections they are teaching. The instructor filter is the main filter for changing the visuals. The other two filters change the number of sections taught.
Sections Taught To alter the visual, any of the filters can be used.
Section Grade Distribution: displays the grades earned for each section taught. All filters can be used to change the visual.
Section Pass/Fail Rate—This shows the pass and fails rates for the sections taught. The pass rate is the percentage of students with an A, B, or C. Fail% is the percentage of students that got a D, F, W, I, or WF. If the Fail% is greater than 25% then it is flagged. All filters can be used to change the visual.
Section Type: This column shows the percentage of section types (i.e., in-person and online) the professor is teaching. All filters can be used to change the visual.
Section Class Size- This shows the class size of each section taught. All filters can be used to change the visual.
