Dashboard Mock-ups: A design for the dashboards will be completed.
Initial Database Design: The first iteration of the data model will be created.
#2 - By 10/23/2022
Final Database: The final data model will be completed.
The First iteration of Dashboards: The first iteration of the dashboards will be completed; will have the general visuals on the dashboard.
#3 - By 11/20/2022
Fixed Database.
The Final iteration of Dashboards: The final iteration of the dashboards will be completed; dashboards will have all visuals and filters and will have a cohesive design.
Future milestone meetings date/time
All milestone meetings will occur on the Thursday before the due date at 9:00 a.m. The Milestone 1 meeting will be on 9/22. The Milestone 2 meeting will be on 10/20. The Milestone 3 meeting will be on 11/17.
Collaboration and Communication Plan
We will be using Microsoft Teams for our file sharing, communication, and meetings. WhatsApp will also be used for communication. Meetings will be held weekly on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. 10/23 Update: Meetings are held weekly on Thursdays at 9 a.m.
