Thank you so much to everyone who joined us for our September meeting! We had a wonderful time catching up and sharing our thoughts on what we're currently reading and all things book culture. It was great to listen to two fantastic book presentations, huge thanks to Madeline and Mellissa for sharing their insights!
Since October tends to be quite busy for all of us, we've decided not to hold a Book Club meeting that month. But don’t worry, we’re still planning to meet up for a read-in or two on the weekends at some cozy local coffeeshops. Keep an eye on this space and the COMO girls events page for updates!
We also had a fun chat about our holiday season plans. Get excited for a Book Club Friendsgiving and a fun “Blind Date with a Book” White Elephant Christmas gathering.
As always, happy reading!
Join us at Stephens Lake Park for a nature Read In under the big tree by the Riechmann Indoor Pavilion. We'll introduce ourselves and what we're currently reading, and settle in for a short read in.
Bring your current read, a blanket, drink and snack!
