Someone’s first international exchange is unforgettable, and is often not their last. Bringing people together from different countries to learn, share, develop, ask questions and find solutions together is a powerful format with a potential for impact that lasts way beyond the actual implementation time.

The "Visibility for Change" initiative is a thorough project designed to empower non-governmental organizations (NGOs) through improved branding and marketing strategies. By utilizing cutting-edge digital marketing trends like artificial intelligence and data analytics, the project aims to transform how NGOs interact with their audience, boost brand visibility, and advocate for sustainable marketing approaches.
The project intends to help participating NGOs to increase their brand awareness and visibility, to improve stakeholder engagament and foster a collaborative network among NGOs for shared learning.
The project is organised by Keep the Change (Latvia), eSquare e.V. (Germany) and Csoport-téka Egyesület (Hungary). Apart from France, represented by CCF, participants come from Sweden, Italy, Croatia and Slovenia.

The LTTC “LABIRINT Training Course on outdoor education for youth workers” was developed to let youth workers actively working with young people discover outdoor education and adventure-based learning and develop their competencies to apply them in their practices, especially in relation to empowering young people with fewer opportunities at local level. The main aim of this LTTC is to train youth workers on how to use outdoor education for addressing current challenges of nowadays and building so called soft competences and skills, such as respect, efficient communication, tolerance, non-judgment approach, ability to work in teams and critical thinking. The first part of the long-term training course was hosted in Germany, and the second part took part in Reunion Island, France.
The project was coordinated by Culture Goes Europe Erfurt e.V (CGE) and supported and financed in the frame of ERASMUS+ programme by German National Agency, JUGEND für Europa.
